What is Dynamics EIP?
Dynamics Early Intervention Programme (EIP) is an individualised intensive intervention program for young children with unique learning and behavioural challenges. Our EIP equips and supports children in developing the skills needed to join their mainstream peers once they reach primary school age.
To help children reach their potential, we have highly motivated and qualified Teachers, Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists conducting group therapy sessions as part of our programme.
Who does Dynamics EIP support?
Our EIP is designed for young children who need extra support in developing their language and communication skills, improving their sensory integration, enhancing their fine and gross motor skills, engaging in pre-academics and developing social skills. We provide ample development opportunities for optimal progress throughout our curriculum to enable our students to achieve their goals.
What is an Individual Education Plan (IEP)?
As part of our individualized and multidisciplinary Dynamics Approach, each student will have their Individual Education Plan (IEP) developed with our specialist Teachers, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists. This is to ensure that each child’s unique strengths and challenges can be utilized and addressed to help reach their goals. An IEP will include goals to develop:
- Functional Communication Skills
- Expressive and Receptive Language Skills
- Group Readiness Skills
- Pre-Academic Skills
- Daily Living Skills
- Attention and Instructional Skills
- Fine Motor Skills
- Gross Motor Skills
- Social Skills
How is Dynamics EIP different?
Dynamics EIP offers an individualized and multidisciplinary Dynamics Approach with a low student-teacher ratio as well as Speech and Occupational Therapy integrated with the programme. We also have on-site access to a team of highly trained and experienced Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Educational Therapists and Specialist Teachers.
What would be next for my child?
The overall aim of the EIP is to equip our students with the necessary skills to be able to attend a mainstream setting. We have a flexible program that is su
pportive of smooth transitioning into mainstream settings. We offer both part-time and full-time programs, and encourage progressing students to attend both the mainstream setting and EIP when they are ready.
Holistic approach
Children with unique learning and behavioral challenges often need multidisciplinary support from a number of professionals. At the EIP, we ensure that there are positive working relationships with professionals from within Dynamics as well as our external affiliates. We endeavor to provide the best support for your child from a holistic approach.
The EIP runs 5-days a week with flexible options for 3, or 5-day attendance. Dynamics offers half-day and full-days programs listed below.
9:00am – 12:00pm (Half Day)
1:30pm – 4:30pm (Half Day)
9:00am – 2:00pm (Full Day)
